Shipping Policy

At Pink Sun, every garment is thoughtfully crafted with care. Most of our pieces are made to order to minimize waste and ensure the best quality.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Standard orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Customized or made-to-order pieces may require 15–30 business days before dispatch, depending on how intensive the work is.

Delivery Timeline
Once shipped, deliveries typically take 2–4 business days for metro cities and 3–7 business days for non-metro cities & remote locations. Delivery timelines may vary during sales, festive seasons, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges
Free shipping across India on all prepaid orders. Any applicable shipping or COD charges (if offered) will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with your tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Delayed Deliveries
While we work with trusted courier partners, unforeseen delays due to weather, public holidays, strikes, or logistical issues may occur. We appreciate your patience and will assist you in tracking your shipment.
